How do I know what services are right for me?
- One of our care coordinator team members will come to your home and assess you or your loved one needs! Recommendations will be suggested based on the care coordinators observation & work with you to create a care plan that fits your needs. Our team then works to match one of our highly trained caregivers with you based on your plan of care
What qualifications do your Caregivers have?
Our Caregivers are required to take training beyond what the State of IL requires. In addition, many of our Caregivers are also CNA’s or have years of hand on experience in the field
How are your Caregivers supervised?
Our highly trained scheduling Team members monitor the Caregivers to ensure they arrive on time and provide top quality care. We do this by regular schedule reminders, in home visits, and the Caregivers utilize a web application to clock in and out verifying services were received. We also communicate with the family or client to answer any questions or concerns quickly

The number of caregivers depends on a verity of variables such as how many shifts/hours per week you schedule and what acuity level the case is as well as client preferences.
What if the Caregiver is not a good fit for me?
- Your preferences are strongly considered when we are matching you with a Caregiver. We ask that you give a Caregiver at least one full shift to determine your compatibility, but should you request a change we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
We will go through our current roster of Caregivers to find a good match and of course we are always hiring so we can recruit specifically for your needs.
Do I pay the Caregiver directly or tip them?
- You will receive an invoice from Home Care, Inc. for services provided. You will only be billed after services are rendered. Home Care, Inc. takes care of the Caregivers wages.
What if my Caregiver does not show up for a scheduled shift?
- Please call the office or our after-hours number so we may find out what happened. In the event that they are not showing up we will work to replace the shift as quickly as possible.
Who answers the phone if I have an emergency after normal business hours?
- You can reach a trained Team member after hours by calling (833)243-4938 Ext 715
Do I have to commit to a minimum number of hours of service?
- No, we tailor our services to your needs and can provide as little as one hour a day or as much as 24-hour live-in care.
What if I want to cancel my services?
- You can cancel your services at any time we ask for a 24-hour notice to allow time to notify your Caregiver.
What if I need to change my service or schedule?
- We understand that you needs may change over time and we will work with you to change your plan of care or schedule as needed. Our Team members also come out every 3 months to review your plan of care.
What are the costs of your services?
- Multiple factors help determine the exact cost:
- Number of hours of care
- Level of home care services
To discuss the exact rates for the services you may need contact us at (833)243-4968 and our Care Coordinator will set up an in-home consultation to develop a custom plan of care and review rates for your service plan.
What are the payment options that you accept?
Payment options include long term care insurance, check, credit card, zelle, Quickpay as well as VA (Veterans Affairs) referrals.
What is your Agencies policy on COVID-19?
- We follow CDC guidelines regarding wearing a mask and frequent handwashing. We also have a COVID symptom questioner in place for our Caregivers when they clock in & they are reminded to stay home if sick.
